How does a part of black and white and some colors?

I have read many responses to previous questions, but none seemed to help. I know it's very simple, because I know many people do not know much about graphics or editing photos and other things. I just think you look good in a black and white as a shirt, or eyes, or something is in color. I use Paint Shop Pro XI. If someone could pass me through, I appreciate it.

All I can do is give step by step in Photoshop. Should be roughly the same in his program … and technology is the same, the names of May a little different. As is the case for many procedures in Photoshop, there are several ways of doing selective color. This is a quick and easy. First open your photo in PS of course. Then, go to Layer – Duplicate Layer Click OK, then go to Image – Adjust – Hue / Saturation Drag the Saturation slider fully left to take the black and white. Click OK then get the Eraser tool in the toolbox on the left side of the screen. Usually, the tool following the Clone Stamp tool. Only Place your mouse over the tool and tell Draft. When you've chosen your project, see Table options brush the top of the screen and click the arrow downfacing. Set the brush hardness to 100% if you have precise control over the selection. You may also need to increase or decrease the brush size to adjust. Erase away any black and white where you want the color to be revealed. When you go to Layer – Flatten Image Then just do a Save As to where you want to save the photo. Hope this helps Steve
